How to create and sell a NFT ?
I have already explained what NFTs are and how they work.Now lets make an NFT and sell it !

First of all, make any any mp3, mp4,png,jpeg file.You can use use numerous software for creating these types of files.I will be making a pixel themed image using pixeloroma, it is free and open source.Try be more creative and produce and unique art that would catch a lot of attention.
Second , create your ethereum wallet, you can use many wallets for storing your NFTs but I would recommend using MetaMask.Rainbow and Coinbase wallets are great too.After creating your wallet you have to store your password and keys very carefully I recommend writing it down in a piece of paper or storing it in offline storage mediums.If you want to know in detail how to set up a wallet , click here.
After securing your wallet you can buy Ethereum and transfer it to your wallet.You can easily buy Ethereum with MetaMask buy option and pay via debit card.
Why we need ethereum ?
We need Ethereum to mint our NFT,basically register our NFT on blockchain and for that we have to pay a gas fee with it too.Nowadays gas fees has touched sky and is being an obstacle for NFT adoption. Anyways we have to pay for it so we need Ethereum in our wallet.
Now everything is ready with your wallet secured and NFT created we need to upload on NFT marketplace in order to sell NFT.There are multiple marketplaces and each one has its own pros and cons and specific target market.For now we will be using Rarible.Rarible has made NFT uploading process as simple as uploading a video on YouTube.
After uploading the NFT,you will need to setup title,description and other essential details.You can sell your NFT in three different ways time auction,unlimited auction and also by fixing a price.
After completing all steps,it will ask to connect with your MetaMask wallet and you will have to pay fee to upload NFT.At the time of writing the fees was about 42 USD for the ether being consumed.This is only the fees of the NFT transaction that occured in blockchain.Now your NFT is registered in blockchain.
When selling the NFT site takes a commission too, so your overall costs would be around 55 USD to 60 USD.
You can also advertise your NFT via Twitter and Instagram and other social media platforms this might help getting more price for your NFT.
